Vegetables are extremely important for the growth and development of your two to five-year-old and have tonnes of nutrients which are critical to get your child to the next level. It is important that you try to bung them in (see The Fun Healthy Food Handbook on page 107) more creative ways if the path most trodden is finding few takers. Of course, if your child isn’t getting enough, your paediatrician will suggest a course that derives these nutrients from other sources. But as I mentioned earlier:
